Robert A. Ehlers, CPA

Mr. Ehlers is the principal of Ehlers and Associates CPAs, LLC.  Robert attended Louisiana State University and McNeese State University where he received a BS degree in accounting.  Mr. Ehlers is a Certified Public Accountant, is Accredited in Business Valuation, Certified in Financial Forensics, a Certified Business Appraiser, a Certified Valuation Analyst, and is an ASA Candidate.  Mr. Ehlers' experience includes performing and/or consulting in Federal securities actions, mergers and acquisitions, negotiated sales/due diligence, valuation defense, discount study, and stockholder buy-sell agreements.  Mr. Ehlers has opined in valuation assignments totaling over $1 billion in equity and enterprise values.
