Paul Schillawski, JD

Paul received his undergraduate degree “with distinction” from the University of Colorado-Boulder, and his J.D. from the University of Denver.

Paul has extensive in-house, top law firm, and sole practitioner experience. He serves as fractional general counsel and transactions counsel at C-Suite, board, and operational levels, for early-stage and growth-stage companies. He helps founders and leaders form their companies and transform their strategic visions into productive actions and results, and he guides and positions his clients to be strategic partners with other companies and to be acquired. He handles corporate governance and operational matters, intellectual property licensing and strategy. and contractual transactions with consultants, engineers, scientists, institutions, investors, marketers, and sales professionals, involving business development, product development, data use, joint ventures, collaborations, acquisitions, divestments, marketing, sales, manufacturing, and distribution.
