Jeff Cambra

Jeffery J. Cambra is a seasoned MedTech executive with more than 28 years of global leadership experience spanning medical devices, drug–device combinations, biologics, and pharmaceuticals. He brings deep expertise in general management, business development, commercialization, and corporate strategy, with a proven track record of building high-performing teams, scaling operations, and driving sustainable growth across public and private companies.

Most recently, Mr. Cambra served as Chief Executive Officer of an early-stage medical device company, where he led the organization through critical growth phases, raised more than CAD $29 million in capital, established ISO 13485/MDSAP–compliant quality systems, advanced global regulatory strategies across Canada, the EU, and the United States, and secured initial commercial distribution and revenue. His leadership emphasized disciplined execution, capital efficiency, and a culture of excellence.

Previously, Mr. Cambra held senior executive roles at leading global healthcare companies, including Vice President positions overseeing multi-billion-dollar businesses with full P&L responsibility, global marketing, product development, and commercialization. His experience spans interventional pain, spine, orthopedics, neuroscience, and musculoskeletal health, with extensive involvement in new product launches, strategic partnerships, and M&A.

Mr. Cambra holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Science and has completed advanced executive leadership training at Stanford University.
