Dr. O’Neal has successfully led multidisciplinary, geographically distributed teams while navigating FDA design controls, ISO 13485 quality systems, and the operational demands of highly regulated environments.

Throughout his career, Dr. O’Neal has combined strategic leadership with hands-on technical execution.
